Fo Sho

This week has been good. I worked really hard on my composition for my tide pool project. For some reason I couldn't grasp the idea of contrast too well. It's much, much better now. I got the image enlarged and started the pencil rendering. It'll be done this weekend. I missed the MA portfolio review. So next year it is! But this will also mean better work to show? I feel so much more comfortable at school. Soon it'll be like home.

I see so much improvement, I say that a lot but it's true. Looking at old work, I can see how much knowledge I wish I knew then. It's crazy the stuff we thought we understood.

Disney came to recruit some interns. On Tuesday, Pixar is going to come and do the same. It's so neat to have all these industries come visit us and see how we are doing. I really do like it here. I think if I keep doing what I've been doing I'll be fine. I am now interested in being a color key artist.

Oliver is good. I got to watch him play basketball at the gym today. It's so cute when he steals the ball and people are confused on where he came from. He bought himself a neat little gaming chair.
